View my tasks (assignment)

On the PWA 'Tasks', Why do sometimes on the task name you get a name and then
in brackets it says Assignment? For example:

Task1 (assignment)

Resources are able to update their progress next to this Task1 (assignment).
It doesnt really make sense. I don't understand why sometimes it happens and
sometimes it doesn't.

How do you get rid of it? Thank you

This happens when you assign a resource to a Summary Task. In general, this
is a bad practice that can mess up your Actual Work data.

I see, I didn't know that. Thanks for telling me. I didn't notice that I
assigned a resource to a summary task!
