View My Tasks is losing entries - PS2003, SP1

Greetings,

We have been a PS2003, SP1 Server environment for 2+ years and have
not run across this one nor can I find it in this database....

- In ONE specific (support) plan - all resources in that plan do NOT
see his / her hours in their 'view my tasks' PWA view any longer - so
no previous history is there - hours that have already been sent and
updated by PM. These same resources DO see their other hours
associated with other plans.
- The resources' hours ARE in the MS Project Plan and in the cube.
- The resources' hours are NOT in 'adjust actuals' nor in 'view my
tasks'....again, only those hours in this ONE plan.

I 'bounced' the plan - deleted it from the server and added it back to
force resync'ing - this has not helped. I believe this just started
this past week. Any idea what would cause this? and I do not know
anything that could have caused this... again, it only is occurring
in one plan....

We use Managed TIme Periods.

thank you!

If you believe that the actual work in the project plan is accurate, you can
temporarily disable managed time periods, then use Republish all assignments
selecting the checkbox to overwrite actual work in the timesheet. Once you
do this, re-enable managed time periods.

The only reason I know of for this to happen in the first place, is that
someone deleted the plan from the server and then reimported it prior to you
doing it in an attempt to fix it.

Gary -

Thank you - that worked like a charm! Most importantly, it appears
as though the scenario is no longer happening - I am guessing /
assuming due to your potential reason why it happened in the first
place.

Thanks!!!
