I apologize if this question has already been answered, but I couldn't locate
any threads on the subject.
We have a situation where some calendar entries will display the incorrect
time. A good example is the scenario I ran into yesterday.
A delegate scheduled a meeting for 2:45 for a manager and sent an invite to
all the invitees. The delegate then had to change the meeting start time to
2:30. The delegate opened the meeting, adjusted the time and then hit Save
and Close. This prompted her to send out a change to all the invitees, which
she did. The invitees all recieved the meeting change and the time was
changed on their calendars. However, when the delegate or the manager view
the calendar entry in any of the calendar views, it still shows up at the
orginal time (2:45). If they open the calendar entry. The start time field
shows 2:30.
If they try to just close the calendar entry without making any changes,
Outlook will prompt them to save changes and then send out new update
notifications to all the invitees again.
Does anyone have any ideas why this would be happening? If it was happening
to one entry, I would tell them to just recreate it. But it is happening to
multiple entries.
