My boss would like to be able to have me email the outlook calendar to him at
home so he can keep up with appointments without coming into the office. How
can I do this??

Do you use Exchange server? if so, he can log into his calendar using OWA.
If not, does he use outlook at home?

at the very least you can print the calendar to PDF format or other
electronic format and email it.

We do use an Exchange Server in the office but I do not know what OWA is. We
have just started using Outlook's calendar program instead of hardcopy
calendars. I know he can access his emails from home so I assume he has
Outlook, but he may just log into the website.

If he is logging into the website to read email, he is probably using
Outlook Web Access (OWA). Ask your email admin how to access mailboxes using
OWA and if "Outlook Anywhere" is enabled. If Outlook Anywhere is enabled,
your boss can set up Outlook 2003 or 2007 to access his mailbox, otherwise
he can use web access.
