View only categories in Outlook 2000

I have a new iPAQ 5500 series hand held. When in contacts, I can chooses to
view only Business categories or a combination of categories so the list is
smaller to view. This is not a problem and I know how to use it well!



The question is. When I am connected to my laptop and I have Office Outlook
2000, not express, running, I see all the contacts. HOW CAN I SHORTEN THE
LIST TO VIEW ONLY THE CATEGORY OR CATEGORIES I WISH TO VIEW AS I CAN WITH
THE iPAQ?
