View Options For "Select Names" Dialog when sending an e-mail

Create a new message in Outlook 2003, select the "To" button to insert a
contact's e-mail.

I would LOVE to have the ability to Sort these by their last names, e-mail
address or first name. Would also like the ability to filter out names by
typing in part of a name and it displays the first and last names that begin
with what I type.

Thank you,
AP

You only have two sorting options in the Outlook Address Book:
First, Last
File As
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

Start in Contacts and select the people you want - there are endless options
here if you use the Group By Box and Field Chooser functions.

Highlight the ones you choose to email, drag them to the Outbox and you're
emailing them.

Grab them all and pull down to BCC to hide their details from each other.

Looks good on paper. In reality, this method creates a message to every
electronic address a Contact has. Few Contacts have only one nowadays.
Outlook often then fibrillates in some versions as it tries to send messages
to pagers and fax machines.
