view other users sent items

how can i view my employee's "sent" emails? we have our own mail server and
it is currently set up so i get notified of any emails she receives. i also
want to see all emails she sends. we have windows 2003 business server
standard edition.

Your employee needs to give you permissions to her Sent Items.
Right click on Sent Items > Properties > Permissions

I've done that and I added myself with a permission level of "owner" but I
still cannot access her sent items.
