View previous Distribution list

I have moved my mailbox from our Exchange 2000 server to our Exchange 2003
server via AD. I ran the exprofre utility before opening Outlook 2003. I am
getting a message saying nothing was changed. I am using Outlook 2003. I
can see my distribution list in my sent item folder. But any email created
in Exchange 2000 copied to a shared public folder I cannot see the list. I
see distribution list but when I open the message I do not see the email
addresses I selected. Is there any way to recover this information on old
emails created in my Exchange 2000 mailbox?
