Can anybody tell me how I can send project to others who do not have
project?
I have no idea how to convert to PDF apart from scanning. My printer
is not large enough for that.
Many years ago I remember being told to save it as a Gif File. Like a
photo of the page but it only snaps what is on the page. If I put the
whole Project on the screen it is too small.

Any advice is most helpful.

Thank you,

James.

You have a number of options:

1) Use the camera icon in the standard toolbar (looks like a grey box with
a blue dot)
2) Save As an Excel document then use the custom mapping.
3) There're a couple of project viewers available for download.
4) Save it as an XML file, and then open with the Open Workbench Java based
tool
5) Install a PDF writer like CutePDF (free), and then choose it as your printer
when you print

Hi,

Using the Copy Picture function (in 2007 Report, Copy Picture; other
versions Edit, Copy Picture) you can show your whole project if you select
all tasks then use the option "For selected tasks" in the Copy Picture form.

A futher option is to print as you would normally but choose "Microsoft
Office Document Image Writer" as the printer. This will produce a .mdi file
which is similar to a .pdf and can be read by anyone with MS Office.

Install CutePDF (Free) and then email PDF to folks.
