View Projects in Project Center

I want my team members to view the projects in project center.
Currently they get the message that they do not have permission to view.
I have given them permission to view all categories.
Apart from this, in global permissions also, I have allowed them to view
Project center,resource center and others like risks....
But still they aren't able to view the Projects.
It would be very helpful to me if someone could give me the list of
permissions to to enable Project and Resource Center View.
