View Projects

Here is the situation I have 3 different Org. structures in my RBS. Let's
say that in Org structure number '1' I have 3 Project Managers all at the
same leve in the RBS. I want the 3 project managers to see each others
projects as they build them. Of course I want the people above them to see
the projects also. I don't want the people in the other Orgs. to see the
projects unless they are on them. Would would you do this? Everytime a PM
in Org 1 builds a project would the admin have to give the other PM's access
to it.

The Executives group normally has PWA read access to all projects by virtue of
their also being in the My Organization category. People who should have this
access and are not project managers are routinely added to this group.

If you put your project managers in the My Organization category they should be
able to see each others projects.

Team Members can normally only see the projects for which they are team
members. In this context an team member is any non-generic work resource
listed on the project's resource sheet.
