view reports

Hi Friends,

I am total new to project server and i need help.I have some reports
which is published to project server 2003 and all the team members use
web access to view reports. Is it possible to provide a drop down list
which contains all the behind in progress reports.

Appricate any reply.

Hi Ranjan
You can create a new View which has predefined filters applied for viewing
only the delayed (behind in progress as you mentioned) projects/ tasks.
All desired users can then be given access to this view.

Hi Manmeet,

I wanted some more suggestion from you. I have published some
reports to project
server(which are of types behind in progress reports)along with many
other reports. Now i need to display only behind in progress reports
only in PWA, For that i have created a view as you said,How can i use
Enterprise
Project Outline Codes to filter to show only behind in progress
reports now.
