Need views in MS Project client & in web access:

a. Incomplete Tasks with Finish Date of Past in a project
% Complete < 100%
Finish Date < Current Date

b. Incomplete Task not complete by specific Date

How to get these views on web view.

Can we have the above view in portfolio views as well.

Please help with these views.
