View Resource Assignments

First of all, I appreciate all of the help that I've gotten so far. This is
a great resource!

It is my understanding that if a MS Project Server user is a member of the
delivered Resource Managers group, he/she should be able to click on the
"View Resource Assignments" link in the Resources tab and see information for
all resources below him/her in the RBS. My logic is that being a member of
the delivered Resource Managers group, a user is also a member of the My
Resources category. This allows the "See Resource Assignments in Assignment
Views" permission as well as having the "Allow users in this category to view
information for all resources that they manage" checkbox checked. I have a
user who is a member of this group (as well as Team Members and Project
Managers) but who cannot see information for all resources below her in the
RBS. Do I have a permission out of place or do I misunderstand the delivered
Resource Managers group? Thanks!

Check that none of these permissions are denied by her other group
memberships. Out of the box, they are not.

Also, she may have filtered her view. If so, she would need to click View
Options and then click the Revert button.

Woops... fuzzy thinking.

The Revert button is not under View Options, it is under Filter, Group,
Search.
