View Resource Availability - Can Projects be filtered?

When we view resource availability and expand the details within one resource
we see a huge number of projects that have no time assigned in this period.
I'm sure that the resource probably had some time assigned to them at some
point in the project or the project is complete.We really can't archive these
projects out at this time.


Is there any way to filter out the projects with no work planned for the
given resource?

In the future, please let us know what version of Project Server you are
using. 2002, 2003, or 2007? To answer your question, there is no way for
the Project Server administrator to build a View that filters for Remaining
Work > 0h. On the other hand, users can turn on AutoFilter on the page and
build a custom AutoFilter to test for Remaining Work > 0h. Hope this helps.
