"View resource availability" line in graph is down on zero hours

Hi !
Normally the "View Resource Availibility" graph in Project Web Access shows
work by project or resource and a line that displays total availibilty.

Ex: displayd work in W 2 is 30 h and availibilty is 35 h
Now the availibility information is gone down to zero hours.

It has happend once before. A huge amount of times were entered into the
work colon of MS project and it recalculatet the task starttime back to
1982. After correcting the amont of work the Web Access Graph showed tha
availibility hours and line again.

Now I can't get it right. I have tried rebuilding The Cube with different
time parameters (from the "Admin page) but no luck. (Default it is set to
use information from start og first project to end og last.)

Is there anyone out there with a goooood idea to solve this problem.
(The availibility info. in MS project is as it should be.)

Using Project Server 2003 aind IE.

Best regards

Hi Dale and thanks for your advice.

I have tried different settings in "Date range for resource availability" in
ADMIN->MANAGE ENTERPRISE FEATURES" but without luck. I have also plowed
throug all the projecs, trying to find anything abnormal, but still no luck.

IF/when I find a solution to this problem I will certanly screeeeam with joy

I had this problem and found that for any individual
resource I had to make sure that the last 'available to'
date must be N/A, in other words (in mspp2002) if i have
a resource available 1/1/03-10/1/03 80%, I also needed to
add a row saying 10/2/03-NA 100%
for any resource that had a hard stop 'avail to' date i
always got the same 1982 date.

I believe you need to adjust the date range for
resource availability
rather
than the date range for project information in the OLAP Cube. To do so,
refer to the following link:

http://www.projectserverexperts.com/Project Server% 20FAQs/availabilitydata.htm

Hope this helps.
