View Resource Availability

From the View Resource Availability - Assignment Work by project view, PWA
lists all the projects that a resource has been assigned to even if projects
in the past that are 100% complete. This makes it difficult to use the
Legend to see the projects that are current or starting soon.

Is there a way to control this view so that it does not show completed
projects from the past?
