View resource availability

Hello,

- In the legende of the view "view resource availability" in PWA, how is it
possible to display only the curent projects (without the finished one) ?

- In the same view is it possible to set a time scale in months ?

Long answer. I assume you mean:

Go to the "Resources" tab then
Highlight certain people then
You click on "View Availablility"

There are four views but the ones you want are:
"Assignment Work by resource"
"Assignment Work by project"

If you pick "Assignment Work by project", you can uncheck any project you
don't want and that detail goes away in the view.

As for months, well, no. If you click open "View Options", you can either
pick "Days" or "Weeks" only.

But "you can uncheck any project you don't want" is exactly what they don't
want to do ! They have 50 finished plans, and only 5 current plans!
Any other idea ?

Hi,
Do you think that this operation described in ProjectServerExperts:

will reduce the legend in the "Assignment Work by project" view to the only
current projects?
