View Resources Time Before Submission

Hello,

I am trying to set-up a way for Team Leads to view their resource's
time before submission (assuming the resource has saved it in the My
Task page). I am confused how to go about this (or if it is
possible).

I am using Tasks only (no timesheets). Any help would be appreciated!
