View several pages/sections

is it possible to view several pages at one time? Pages that might be in the
same section or a page from one section at the same time as accessing a page
in a different section?

Not easily. You could click Window | New Window for each new page you wanted
to view and use ALT+TAB to navigate through them (WINDOWS+TAB on Vista).
This would create a few extra windows to manage, but might be close enough.

Why not use CTRL-M to open as many instances of OneNote as you need, and
then use CTRL to select all the windows in the taskbar and then left click
and Tile Vertically (or horizontally or whatever)? You can then reduce the
size of your windows accordingly and stuff.

It's what I do when I'm using Dragon to dictate some text into WP from
OneNote... that way I see the screen I'm dictating from and the one I'm
dictating to. It's not perfect but it works!
