I think this question maybe associated with Frontpage,

I have IE6.0 SP1 here at work with FP2002, I occasionally like to look at
the source code of other web sites, but for some reason cannot do that from
this computer but think that I used too.

In the IE bar under tools I check to see my HTML editor which is FP.

In the past I have seen this question answered here at this site but cannot
remeber the answer.

Can anyone advise please.

thanks
Allistair

No matter what I have tried I can't view source that way. So I got IE
Booster 2 from Paessler. It's Free.

It used to work by just clicking in the "view" then "source" (or by right
clickin then selecting source but that option isnt available now) but does
not now, does it mean that I have to purchase software, I dont think It was
necessary when it was last working.

Thanks for the advise, the software does look great.

Regards

Allistair

Chances are, you installed some third-party software that disabled it.
