View & Submit Issues

I am using Microsoft Project Server 2002 Web Access. I
keep getting an error when trying to view or submit an
issue for any project. "There is a problem establishing a
connection with the Web server running SharePoint Team
Services. Please contact your system administrator."
Everything else on the site works fine except if it has
anything to do with "issues". I am an administrator on
the server, in Project and Team Services. All that is
running on my server is SharePoint Team Services and
Microsoft Project server. My SQL database is located on
another server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

JT

JT:

If you can verify that the document libraries ARE working for your subwebs,
then the problem is likely with the database permissions/roles of the
application accounts being used in COM+ to communicate with the STS
database. Review the requirements in the installation guide and compare them
to how these accounts are attributed as SQL logons.

The STSAdmin account must have Security Administrator role on the database
The STSReader account must have data-reader role
