View Timesheet summary and Approve timesheet

Hi,
The 2 links "View Timesheet summary" and "Approve timesheet" never appear in
the Actions pane of my PWA 2003.
I tried to give all the permissions to a Project Manager or a Resource
Manager, nothing happens...
What can I miss ?

These two permissions are disabled at the highest level in Project Server.
Therefore, you must enable them there before anyone can receive the
permission in Groups. To do this, complete these following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click Admin - Server configuration
3. In the Features data grid, set these two permissions to Allow
4. Click the Save Changes button

By the way, these two permissions are used in conjunction with the Managed
Time Periods feature of Project Server, so you will be required to set those
permissions as well. Click Admin - Customize Project Web Access to set up
and use Managed Time Periods.
