View Timesheet Summary with Incorrect Totals

We are using MS Project Server 2003 w/SP1 and Project Pro 2003 w/SP1.

Our managers are using View Timesheet Summary to view their teams
weekly totals to make sure they've submitted all their hours. I'm
getting reports from many of the managers saying Associate A has 20
hours in the View Timesheet Summary, but the same Associate A shows the
correct 40 hours in View Resource Assignments. There is no Current and
All Taks options in View Timesheet Summary so that's not the problem.
On the folks I've investigated so far, I can't find any common thread
to the tasks it's filtering out. One was a completed task, the other
was an assignment task (PM training issue, I know).

I've found similar postings, but none had any definitive answers. If
anyone has found out why the View Timesheet Summary view does not
reflect the same totals as ALL TASKS in the View Resource Assignments
view (for the same date range) please let me know!
