View - ToolBars - Web

Hello,

I'm wondering why when i make a WORD doc setting of "View - ToolBars - Web",
to get those 2 back/forward hyperlink arrows to appear, and reopen that
document, the "View - ToolBars - Web" setting was not permanently set and i
have to set it again?
