View Year end overview

Hi, I have regular reoccuring events every year which I maintain in multiple
Calendars: 2009, 2008, 2007, etc. But of course with any business there is
always a rate of change of these events. And I am trying to get a Year end
review from previous Year Calendars for the next year. The View-Events and
Sort by Reoccurence is a nice option. However, for some reason it does not
sort the events in ascending order (Jan to Dec). Thus, an Aug event is placed
before a Feb event, Jul event before a May event, and so forth. I currently
have my regular events in a Yearly Reoccurence. Also, is there any way to
view a list of events at Year's end that don't have a reoccurence? I have
Outlook 2002 on Win Vista Basic. Please advise me as to the best resolution.

try changing the date column's format to use short dates (6/20/2009) - you
may also need to change your computer's regional setting to use leading 0 on
short date
