Viewing a folder

Is there a way for other people to see what is in a particular folder within
my outlook but not have access to delete anything (kind of like "read only")

This is what I am wanting. Our fax it set up to come to our email. I
receive all the faxes for a particular department. When I get a fax I
currently have to forward that particular person so they can see that it is
in. I want them to be able to view my folder where all faxes come to but not
be able to delete anything out of it. I just want them to be able to see what
is in so I dont have to tell them.

Then if it auto forwards to them then they know it is in and you have a
back-up copy in your e-mail. What seems to be the problem? I don't see
where you have to tell them anything, well other than to check their
e-mail.

Are you using Exchange as the mail server? If so, then yes. You can make the
other person a delegate with Reviewer permission.

The problem is I dont know who the fax is for until I look it up in our
system. Here is what happens:

All recruiters use my fax number to give to their candidate. Their
candidates fax in documents required by our company. I receive faxes all
through out the day. When I get a fax...I open it, see who it is from, type
that name in our internal data base, see who that candidate "belongs too",
then forward them that fax to say "FYI", and then I process the fax
accordingly. There is no way to know who the fax is going to be for (so no
way to auto forward).

How do I do that?

Ah! In that case see Brian Tillman's reply about if you have Exchange
server at your location.
