Viewing a Shared Calendar/Cursor Placement/Work Week Default

Is there a way to view my calendar and a shared calendar side by side like you can in outlook?

Also, when i compose a new message and tab through the subject line it always places my cursor AFTER my signature block. This is so frustrating after using Outlook for 10 plus years. Is there a setting I need to change?

Is there also a way to default my calendar to a work week view. When I click on a date in the mini calendar it gives me that date, but I want to see that week - do i always have to drag my cursor?
