Viewing an inserted Pict

In mac when I insert a pict file there is no problem viewing the
presentation, but when I try to view on a PC the pict. does not show. Can
anyone help.

It's best that you insert images in another format like JPEG or GIF if the
presentation is going to be viewed on a Windows machine. PowerPoint for
Windows doesn't use QuickTime to display images and multimedia, so not all
formats that work on one platform will work on the other. If you're using
PowerPoint 2004, just Control-click the image, save the image, open it in
Preview, go to File -> Export, save it as a JPEG or GIF, and then re-insert
it into the presentation.
