Since it is a .docx, you can actually dig the audio out by unzipping.
Make a copy of the document and change the file extension to .zip. Open the
zip file and you will see a set of folders. In the Media folder you will
see one or more .mp3 files. That's your audio: copy it out of the zip file
and it will play in any audio application.
Make a copy of the document, because once you have unzipped it, Word can't
read it.
