viewing and moving through e-mails in view pane crashes outlook 20

When I view e-mails in preview pane and scroll down from one e-mail to
another causes outlook to crash. It happenes one a day or so going through 30
e-mails or so. I use XP, and outlook 2007 on my PC with no servers. I ran MS
diagnosis tool with no problems found.

Can you reproduce this in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If not, your issue is most likely caused by an add-in. To troubleshoot see;
