Viewing Another Perons Appointments

How do I give selected individuals access to view my appointments & also view theirs?
We work in different areas of the state, connected by a LAN.
We are going to Outlook in the near future and need the ability to determine each others daily schedule, but do not want the ability to change another persons appointments.

What respective versions of Outlook and Exchange? Exchange is required for
native delegate access and viewing other people's calendars.
