Viewing Appointment Notes

Maybe notes was not a very good description of what I am talking about. I am talking about the lower part of the Appt. screen, just below the reminder information.

I thought that if you type information in there, it will be visible when you rollover the appt in the day view.

Nope, that's the notes field and it's not available in the Day view.

You do have to select the appointment (just click it once).

Try turning on your PREVIEW PANE

Select the VIEW menu
Select PREVIEW PANE

I am having the exact opposite problem. When I look at my calendar, i
shows all the notes from the bottom of the page along with the subjec
and location and I don't want that. How do I get rid of it so all I se
if the subject and location
