viewing archived info without importing

Is it possible to view the archive.pst file without
importing it into Outlook? If you have to import it, is
there a way to remove all the information that was
imported after you have viewed it? Thanks!

Yes you can, just add the archive .pst file to the folder list.
As to how will (to some extent) depend on the version of Outlook.

I'm not sure how to d owhat you are suggesting. I'm using
Outlook 2002 and the information that I am trying to
access is Calendar Information.

YOu can just open the file using File->Open->Personal
Folders file (or Outlook Data File depending on your
version.)

Once you have it open, you will have access to all of the
information in that .pst file. When you are done, you can
right click on the root of the Archived .pst file and
select "Close."
