Viewing Calendars when setting up meetings

We have Outlook 2003 and the IT department have been getting a few complaints
about scheduling appointments. When scheduling an appointment the attendees'
calendars can only be viewed a couple of months in advance, even if the
creator has proxy access to their account. A few people are sure Outlook XP
didn't do this, the calendar could be veiwed however far forward you needed
but I can't remember either way because it's never been a feature i've used
often. I can't find anything to say whether this is known of Outlook 2003 or
not.

Can anyone shed any light on whether this is what happens or whether there
is something we need to investigate?

Thanks

you need to check free/bust publishing - default is 2 months (this month,
next month) - look in tools, options, calendar options, free/busy.

Great, thanks very much! I'll need to see if we can use group policy to
change this to a bit more.

Thansk again
