Viewing colleague's Plans

Hi, I have a simple RBS set up. I have a programme manager and two
underlying PMs. The PMs have exactly the same RBS value. The Programme
Manager can view both PM projects, but I want the PMs to be able to view each
other's projects. is this possible? I have the tickbox checked that states
projects at the same RBS value can be viewed but it is not giving me the
result I need. Thanks in advance.

Hi Steve,
this is a two stage process, because presumably you want your PMs to be able
to open their colleagues projects in Project Pro, but not alter them?

1. Select the RBS checkbox in the My Projects category.
2. In the Project Manager group, uncheck the category permission "save
project to project server" for the My Projects category.
2. In the Project Manager group, make sure the category permissions "save
project to project server" and "publish project to project server" are
selected for the My Personal Projects.

That should do it.
