Being new to Contact Management software, I am just trying to make sure that
BCM doesn't have what I would think is a very basic feature. I want to
create sales opportunties that I can follow-up on. I have created a test
opportunity and linked it to a business contact, but I am correct in stating
that there is no way to navigate from the opportunity to the contact
information? If so, it is sad b/c I only need the simplest of Contact
Management, just something to manage my prospects.
Is it possible to add a view to the business contacts that only pulls
Business Contacts with open opportunities? One of the Opportunities views
pulls (via filter) only Open items via a SQL query, but I have no knowledge
of SQL to do such a thing.
Anybody have any suggestions?
