Viewing data & templates without infopath

Hi! I just wanted to know my colleagues here, (view and
encode data to the templates I've done), without using
infopath? I'm the only one who has infopath. I was looking
for an export button but can find one, except publish,
I've tried publishing it to a web server and it has an
error. Please help! Thanks!

If your colleagues need to fill in the form they will need InfoPath. If they
are just viewing it you can export the form to an mht file by selecting
File>Export to>Web.

If you don't see the Export option and are seeing a Publish option instead
then you need to publish the form first to a network share or intranet or
Sharepoint site. You mentioned you experienced an error - you may want to
give more details on the error and someone might be able to help you resolve
the publishing. Once published when you fill out the form you will see the
Export option.
