How do I view the internet/email header details on an email message in
Outlook 2003?
I was able to take the following steps to do it in Outlook Express, but I'm
not sure how to get the same information while using Outlook 2003:
1. Open Outlook Express
2. Go to the folder where the bounceback email is located
3. Click on the message so it is highlighted and the email content is
displayed
4. Right click on the message Name where it appears in the list view; a menu
should appear
5. Choose Properties from the menu, it is the last option
6. You will see a Welcome to Outlook Express window, with two tabs: General
and Details - choose the details tab
7. Within the Details tab is a section titled "Internet headers for this
message:"
8. Copy and paste the complete contents inside this block into a text
document, then forward the bounce message to us as an attachment, and also
attach the text document with the headers
