Viewing Excel Workbook

We have a problem viewing a workbook in Excel. The
workbook when opened is visible on another computer on the
network and workable, but on the computer where the
workbook originated the workbook is only partially visible
and acts like a read-only file. However, the workbook is
displayed in print preview. Any suggestions?
