VIEWING EXCEL WORKSHEET

I am running an old version of Excel 98 for MAC on a G3 PowerMac using
9.2.2. I have a new Apple Cinema Display. Now when I open excel and select
an existing worksheet. only the toll bar is visible. I have to go to
Window on the toolbar and hit "new window" to view the worksheet. The
system says the worksheet is open but I cannot see it.

Several things may be causing this. 1) The worksheet may be hidden. After it
opens try selecting unhide from the window menu. 2) the worksheet may have
been moved "off the screen". Again, after it is open try window arrange to
move it back. If either of these work, save the workbook. Then it should be
OK when reopened. 3) A macro may be moving the window. If so, fix the macro.
