Viewing Exchange Calendar in Entourage

I have a user on Mac OS X and he is using Entourage to view his Exchange
Calendar. The problem is that all he sees is line items instead of a monthly
calendar. We are running Exchange 5.5 on an Windows NT 4.0 server platform.
In this environment can he change his view to see his calendar correctly, or
is this a Exchange version issue?
