Greetings,
Many, but not all .tif files I create with the Office
Document Scanning tool cannot be viewed by the Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer, which indicates "No Preview
Available" when attempting to view the saved file after
scanning. When I attempt to print using the Windows XP Fax
driver, the Photo Printing Wizard does not list the files
that I cannot preview with the Windows Picture and Fax
viewer. All are .tif files scanned from the same scanner
(Umax 1220S). I'm using Windows XP (patched via Windows
Update)and Office XP (patched via Office Update). My
system has 512mb RAM. Anyone have any ideas on this?
