Viewing historical appointments in Outlook Schedule

We have Outlook 2000 clients with Exchange 2000 server and have an
issue with Outlook schedules. Our reception views all meeting rooms in
one schedule and they can only view the Free/Busy information on each
meeting room going back to the beginning of the month. I know how you
can extend the Free/Busy information going forward but how do you
change it to show historical appointments longer than a month? Our
reception needs this info for billing purposes. If you open up the
resources mailbox and view it's calendar you can see historical
appointments going back a number of months.
