viewing Holiday, PTO, training & non project time in Microsoft Project Web Access

I am the administrator of a project which would like to be able to view
Holiday, PTO, training & non project time in Microsoft Project Web
Access which they submit time to. How can this be done in Project Web
Access or Project Server?
