Is it possible to have a html homepage at the mailbox level of a generic
mailbox
that can be viewed by delegated users at their own PCs? These users have the
generic mailbox added in under their Folder List.
We have a Help Desk mailbox that all of IT has access to. I have created a
homepage link at its mailbox to our intranet when logged onto OL2003 as the
generic help desk user. The link to the intranet works for the generic logon.
However, when logged on as myself (with permissions and delegated user) the
homepage link does not materlize at the mailbox level. It remains blank even
after I try to set the homepage for the generic mailbox in my OL.
Any suggestions?
