Viewing Images on forms and Reports

Can anyone help me by telling me what settings do i have
to do to view a photo in a form or in a report?
The application i am using is the Access 2003. I don't
know if something has changed in it on doing this cause
previous versions where more straight forward to view the
photos!!!
