Viewing in Internet Zone

I am using Microsoft Office 2003 Professional - Outlook Program.

When I open emails its shows a gray strip across the top of the email page
with the words 'You are viewing this message in the Internet Zone'.

Ho wcan I get out of this Zone into the standard zone please.

I think you can only view in the Internet & Restricted zones.
