viewing .jpegs in message body/reader pane

How can I configure Outlook to display attached .jpegs in the message
body/reader pane window? I have always been able to do this in Netscape mail
with a simple setting. I hate having to open each attachment separately when
I receive several pictures for my work.

You can't. Attachments are always attachments in Outlook.
