Viewing Local Material Resources in PWA 2003

PS2003 Enterprise environment.
We have projects with Bill of Material Items that are added locally to the
Resource Sheet as (Type = Material) and a cost is added in the Standard Rate
Column. These resources are then assigned to a task along with a Work type
resource. The Work resources are part of the Enterprise Resource Pool but
the material resources are not.

I'd like to be able to bring up a project view to see it's associated
assigned material resources with it's associated cost. Each project has
unique material resources.

I've tried to create views in PWA to show these material resources without
success. Am I wasting my time because these are locally assigned resources
or are there any other possibilities?
